A very large living room overlooking the swimming pool and view of the grassy garden.
The kitchen is a little set back and very well equipped with piano, American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker…
On the 1st floor:
-Mezzanine living room with billiard table, pinball machine & Star Wars console, a BZ sofa.
On the 2nd floor :
– The belvedere with a beautiful sea view overlooking the house & will be at your leisure bedroom, reading room, living room or watchtower.
Night part
On the ground floor:
2 suites overlooking the garden, one with two 90cm beds, bathroom with shower & the other with a 160cm bed, bathroom with jet shower, dressing room.
On the 1st floor:
a suite with a bed of 160 and bathroom with shower.
A bathroom with balneo bathtub and luminotherapy.
– Separate WC.
-A BZ sofa in the living room of the 1st where the billiard table is located allows 2 other people to sleep.
In the belvedere on the second floor :
the 4th bedroom with an electric bed 160 and …a magnificent sea view.

– 1 Garden of 3000 m² all in sand with: swing / slide / swing / table tennis table / bikes for adults and children.
– 1 wooden terrace in front of the swimming pool with stone barbecue, 2 teak garden furniture one in the South, the other in the West, parasol & sunbeds, garden bed, everything has been thought for your comfort.
The swimming pool
– The swimming pool is secured with a lock.
– Located on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned, glazed and very bright.
– The pool is 10 m x 4.5 m and is equipped with stairs to go down.
– The water is heated to around 30°C (more or less according to your request).
– The SPA at 37° + or – to perfect your relaxation.
– Sunbathing.
