Daytime part
– Living room with leather sofas & a clic clac sofa for the nap or the surprise guest.
– American kitchen separated from the living room by a bar, it is very well equipped, crockery, glassware and household appliances of quality / oven cleaning pyrolysis. I offer a cartridge of capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker, (possibility to buy me) table linen and household very complete – Washing machine / dryer / table and iron.
– Large living room allowing to receive a large table.
Night part
– Bedroom 1 bed 2 persons (1.60 m) .
– Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds .
– Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds or one double bed 1.80 m
– 1 Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels.
– 1 Bathroom with shower and WC.
– 1 second WC
Beds are made on your arrival, sheets and duvets are washed in the laundry.
Outside
Large wooden terraces with a superb sea view, one in the shape of a boat (it faces the open sea), the other of more than 30m² facing the swimming pool, with a view of the vegetable fields and the sea as a backdrop…
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is secured with a lock and key.
Situated on the ground floor, on 120 m². It is air-conditioned, glazed and very bright.
Stairs, easier than a ladder, allow you to go down to the water.
You have a foot in the first part as well as all around; that will reassure the children and those who do not like the depth.
The 10m x 5m pool is heated to around 30°C. The jets will give you a pleasant massage.
Sunbathing around the pool invites you to take a siesta while admiring the garden between two dives; nice programme! …

Batz can be rented out outside the school holidays in a private house with an exclusively private swimming pool, the price is then identical to that of Villa Lara.
