The different spaces
Daytime part
The living room is on the first floor with a panoramic sea view.
The central fireplace allows you to enjoy the fire whether you are in the living room or in the kitchen, it is at man’s height and therefore safe for children & it allows you to cook.
The kitchen, open to the living room is very well equipped.
Two covered terraces, one with the sea as a horizon, the other the countryside as far as the eye can see.
Night part
The night part is composed of three bedrooms, two bathrooms:
– a room with 2 single beds (0.90m) and access to the bathroom.
– a second bedroom with 1 double bed (1.60 m).
– a suite with a double bed (1.60 m) bathroom with jet shower.
The 3 bedrooms have electric shutters.
– Bathroom overlooking the swimming pool with whirlpool bath (air & water).
– Independent WC.
All linen is provided, the beds are made on your arrival.
Bathroom linen is provided with bathrobes, towels, bath sheets & gloves.
Outside
To enjoy the morning sun we have added a small terrace on the bedroom side…
– 1200 m² landscaped garden.
– East side balcony to enjoy the morning light on the beach of Dossen.
– West side balcony to enjoy the evening aperitif.
– In front of the swimming pool you will find a wooden terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol & sunbathing area.
– Ping pong table, swing with slide, bikes for adults and children, a gym is available at the residence.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is secured with a lock. Located on the ground floor, it is air-conditioned, glazed and very bright. Stairs, easier than a ladder, allow you to go down to the water. You have a foot in the first part as well as all around; this will reassure the children and those who do not like the depth. The 7.5m x 3.5m pool is heated to around 30°C (more or less according to your request).
At your disposal
The equipment is very complete, the beds are made at your arrival, the sheets are washed and ironed in the laundry.
– The cleaning is done once a week for longer stays with change of sheets.
– Table linen & complete bathroom linen (1 bath sheet & 1 bathrobe per person).
– baby bed / high chair / safety gate / bathing kit for young children.
– A sports room is at your disposal at any time.
My little extras
I offer the first breakfast with fresh bread & croissants. Baking session every morning from 8 am.
+ I provide the necessities of life:
salt pepper mustard spices oil vinegar sugar coffee tea infusions chocolate…
+ Possibility of baby sitting / cleaning hours.
+ I leave at your disposal many guides on the region, books, novels, magazines, board games, a collection of good addresses in the region, some DVDs and CDs, quality binoculars.
+ The cleaning is done once a week for longer stays with a change of sheets.
